Shipping and Delivery Times
We offer fast and reliable delivery across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland with Bring and CityMail.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product you've ordered. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Costs
We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can easily follow your delivery every step of the way.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you're shopping as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply complete our withdrawal form, which can be found via the "Withdraw from contract" link in the footer of our website.
As long as the form is submitted within the 14-day period, your withdrawal request will be considered valid.
Can I Test the Product?
Yes. You may open, inspect, and test the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, just as you would be able to do in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond what is reasonably necessary for this purpose, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value.
Return Shipping Fee
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, a return fee of SEK 79 will apply. The fee covers part of the cost of return handling and shipping and will be deducted from your refund.
30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return under this policy, the product must:

Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Return Fee
Returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy are also subject to a return fee of SEK 79, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after approval. However, we may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof that it has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you've received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@urbangrowers.se so we can evaluate the issue and make things right.
For approved claims, we will cover the return shipping costs and, where appropriate, offer:
